Artch and Witchhammer. The names are synonymous with two of the great Norwegian hard rock bands in the late 1980s. In their greatest period they filled the scene several times. Now they are back – along with guests!
Artch released 2 albums: “Another Return” and “For Sake of Mankind”. The debut “Anothern Return” received top honors in the international press and the really big breakthrough was not far away. After the break up in the 1990s, the band has had several comebacks and occasional concerts since the early 2000s.

Witchhammer consolidated its strong position with the debut album “1487”. This was followed by “The Lost Tapes” and “In Serenity and Awe”. Also this band break up in the 1990s. But since the early 2000s, the band has released several albums and held numerous concerts.

Before the old rock heroes arrive on scene, the newly composed Nostalgic Groove will warm up the audience:
– It may be fun. We have picked music from an era with more glam factor, and we’ll work up the audience with songs they probably heard before, says Bya to Fredrikstad Blad.
The audience will get songs from: Deep Purple, Kiss, Mötley Crüe, Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Dio, Van Halen and D-A-D to name a few.
NOSTALGIC GROOVE LINE-UP:
Thomas Pettersen, Ingvar Sandvik, Till Forsberg, Steinar Jorgensen and Bjørn Øyvind Bya.
This will be a heavy, hard and enjoyable evening with bands playing it loudly for over 30 years.
